My name is Ditte Bukrinskij, I am 52 years old and a single mom of three boys who are 15, 19 and 20 years of age. I work as an independent naturopath within biological medicine, and I run my own clinic in Copenhagen.
I have a busy life with many things going on at once, but I also make sure to maintain a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise and good nutrition. I began using EQ Pure Arctic Oil because I understood the unique high quality and thus the possible cellular effects this oil could provide. In addition, through the super-relevant blood test I could find out exactly what my needs were. I have been diagnosed with low metabolism, and I suspected that I would therefore have huge levels of inflammation – and I was right! My first test showed a ratio between omega-6 and omega-3 of as much as 16,7:1. I was shocked and very upset.
Luckily the story has a happy ending, because after having used EQ Pure Arctic Oil every day for four months I received good news when I got back the results for test number two: my ratio was completely changed, and was now 1,2:1! That only four months’ use could make SUCH a difference was something I never ever would have expected.
