Chocolate Bites

Ingredients:
- 200 g butter
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 dl sugar
- 6 dl oatmeal
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp coffee (liquid)
- 2 tbsp EQ Pure Vegan Oil Orange
- Shredded coconut
Recipe:
To do: Mix room tempered butter, vanilla sugar, sugar and cocoa powder in a bowl. Gently and gradually add oatmeal, coffee and EQ Pure Vegan Oil Orange to the pot. Stir it all and shape the balls with your hands.
Roll the bites in shredded coconut or mixed nuts and enjoy!
