Terms and Conditions

We have gathered here some practical information for you as Eqology’s customer, so that you know you can feel safe in purchasing your health and well-being products from us.

When you find a product, you wish to order, click on the button “Add to basket”, and you will see the product appear in your shopping cart on the right. The prices listed require an auto order of at least one product in your order. An auto order is a flexible monthly order with no minimum subscription period. A single purchase costs 10% more. You determine the manner of your purchase at the check-out after logging in. You can easily register yourself by choosing “Log in” in the menu at the top right.

AUTO ORDER


An auto order is a flexible monthly order, and you choose yourself when in the month, you want your auto order to be delivered. You can easily change the products in your auto order, every month if you wish so, until 11:59 p.m. the day before your chosen period (learn more about delivery periods below) begins.

You can do this yourself by logging in at eqology.com, or by contacting our customer service. We are more than happy to help!

There are many benefits to choosing an auto order: reduced prices on all products, access to good seasonal and special offers, and EQ Magazine which includes relevant articles on fitness, health and nutrition as well as product information, customer experiences and more.

If you also want to make individual purchases that you do not need every month, or products that you wish for us to send immediately – you can choose one of the following options:

ADDITIONAL ORDER
Products you purchase in addition to your monthly auto order. These products will be included in your auto order delivery so that you pay for shipping and handling only once.

EXTRA ORDER
Products you wish to be sent to you immediately, separate from your monthly auto order. The shipping and handling fee of 6,90 € will be added to this order.

SINGLE PURCHASE
If you do not wish a monthly auto order, you may choose to buy single products at any time at a slightly higher price (10 % extra). Select „Single purchase“ at checkout after login.

An auto order is more convenient and flexible. In addition to reduced prices, you will have access to great monthly and seasonal offers, our EQ magazine which includes relevant articles on fitness, health and nutrition as well as product information, customer experiences and more.

FREEZE YOUR AUTO-ORDER OR TERMINATE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION


You can always choose to freeze your auto-order for a time period. You can pause your monthly order for 1 month via My Account. Please contact our EQ Customer Support Team in case you need a longer pause.

If you would prefer to terminate your auto-order or subscription, please contact our EQ Customer Support Team by phone: +420 228 883 320, and we will help you.

Important:

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled after the binding time period of the contract has been completed. A cancellation fee applies in case a termination is requested before all the 6 binding orders are successfully paid for and completed.
  • If the subscription will not be terminated within the binding time, it will continue as a regular monthly auto-order. You will keep the reduced subscription price.
  • A subscription does not end by returning a package.
  • As the contract is between the account owner and Eqology AS, only the account owner can request a termination or a pause.

DELIVERY PERIOD


You can choose between four different monthly delivery periods, in other words when in the month, you want your products to be shipped to you:

Delivery period 1: 1-7
Delivery period 2: 8-15
Delivery period 3: 16-23
Delivery period 4: 24-31

If you, for example, choose Period 3: 16-23 as your delivery, we will withdraw the payment from your account and ship your order in the beginning of your period. If you want to change your auto order, you can do so before 11:59 p.m. the day before your selected period starts (in this case before 23:59 on the 15th).

RATES


All prices include VAT, which is 25% for health supplements. Our shipping and handling fee is EUR 6,90.

BI-MONTHLY SHIPPING


This is an opportunity for you to save on your monthly shipping and handling fee. Bi-monthly shipping means that you will receive your product every second month where you will save on shipping (the monthly handling fee will be the same).

Bi-monthly shipping applies to all 6 mth. subscriptions for new customers from July 1st, 2017:

Your monthly shipping and handling fee is EUR 4.40*.

You will then save EUR 2.50 each month* on all 6 mth. subscriptions.

*First order all EQ Pure Arctic Oil subscriptions EUR 6.90.

FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS ABOVE EUR 100*


For all orders above EUR 100* we will cover your shipping and handling fee.

*Free shipping does not apply to 3 For Free or Pre-Paid packs.

PAYMENT


We accept credit cards, Visa and MasterCard. We work in cooperation with DIBS Payment Services Ltd. (DIBS.NO) that will process your card details in the appropriate manner in accordance to the international safety standard. Payment is made with SSL encryption, which means that no unauthorized personnel can access your card details.

Payment with Visa and MasterCard
Payment with Visa and MasterCard must be completed before we send your order. As soon as we receive your payment, your order is sent for packing and dispatch. Read more about this under DELIVERY.

If you have received a new card after your order has been sent to payment processing that month, you must create a new order on the new payment card. If you are unsure about how to do this, contact our customer service.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS AND RETURN POLICIES


A 14-day unconditional repent and return policy applies to all unopened products. When returning items, you must pay the delivery costs according to prevailing rates. The return postage of unclaimed packages (EUR 6.90) is to be paid by the customer.

Refunds are sent to your provided account number after the package has arrived at our warehouse. Remember to enter your account number on the return form.

NOTE! The subscription does not end by returning a package.

WITHDRAWAL FORM

COMPLAINTS


If there is something wrong with the received package or items, please contact Customer Support within 14 days from the delivery date. In most cases, we will ask for documentation of the complaint/damage, and therefore ask you to keep the product until you hear back from our customer service.

DELIVERY


Our delivery partner is DPD. If you have any requires regarding your parcel you can contact DPD directly by phone 012-16983783 or visit dpd.co.uk.

DPDs standard number of delivery attempts are 2. Recipient can schedule a 3rd delivery attempt after two unsuccessful attempts.

OSOBNÍ ÚDAJE


Správcem vašich osobních údajů je společnost Eqology AS, Lilleakerveien 2B, 0283 Oslo, Norsko.

V případě, že uvedete věk a pohlaví, budou tyto údaje využívány pro statistické účely. Uvedení těchto údajů však není povinné.

Osobní údaje budou zpracovávány za účelem realizace objednávky, realizace právních povinností uložených Správci (daňových, účetních a právních) a uplatnění a obhajoby právních nároků.

Právním základem pro zpracování osobních údajů je smlouva (čl. 6 odst. 1 písm. b) Obecného nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů – GDPR), základem pro zpracování údajů v rámci plnění právních povinností uložených Správci je čl. 6 odst. 1 písm. c GDPR.

Vaše osobní údaje budou dále zpracovávány za legitimními účely, tj. poskytování informací o nových službách Správce, marketingové účely při provádění výzkumů a analýza prodejů a kvality služeb na základě čl. 6 odst. 1 písm f) GDPR.

Vaše osobní údaje mohou být předávány následujícím příjemcům nebo kategoriím příjemců osobních údajů: provozovatelé poštovních služeb, kurýrní společnosti, bezpečnostní agentury, advokátní kanceláře, subjekty zabývající se zpracováním korespondence, účetní společnosti, poskytovatelé IT služeb a IT servisy, podnikatelské subjekty spolupracující s naší společností, společnostem spravujícím sklady s našimi produkty, společnosti Tape Poland Sp. z o. o. a Eqology Operations Center sp. z o. o., naši obchodní partneři.

Vaše osobní údaje mohou být předávány mimo území Evropského hospodářského prostoru. Důvodem je skutečnost, že správce uzavírá smlouvy s externími subjekty, zabývajícími se především technickou podporou. Předání osobních údajů probíhá na základě využití příslušných právních mechanismů.

Máte následující práva:

  • právo požadovat od správce přístup k vašim osobním údajům;
  • právo na opravu osobních údajů;
  • právo na smazání osobních údajů;
  • právo na omezení zpracování osobních údajů;
  • právo vznést námitku proti zpracování;
  • právo na přenesení údajů;
  • právo podat stížnost u orgánu dozoru.

Osobní údaje budou zpracovávány do okamžiku promlčení nároků ze smlouvy uzavřené mezi námi nebo do uplynutí doby platnosti povinností vyplývajících z příslušných právních předpisů.

Poskytnutí osobních údajů je dobrovolné. Bez jejich poskytnutí však nebude možná realizace objednávek. Váš souhlas se zpracováním osobních údajů můžete kdykoliv odvolat, odvolání souhlasu však nemá vliv na legalitu zpracování, které proběhlo na základě souhlasu před jeho odvoláním.

Vaše osobní údaje nejsou předmětem automatizovaného rozhodování včetně profilování.
