Apple Vinaigrette



  • 50 ml freshly apple juice
  • 50 ml EQ Pure Arctic Oil with lemon flavour


To do: Add the apple juice in a small pot and reduce it until you have about 50 ml left in the pot. Turn of the heat and let it rest until room temperature. When the reduced apple juice is room tempered you can add the EQ Pure Arctic Oil and stir.

Tip: Use it on marinated vegetables and salads.
