Caprese salad



  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 1,5 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 sprigs of basil
  • 1 tsp pesto - optional
  • 1 tbsp EQ Pure Arctic Oil
  • salt & pepper


To do: Cut tomatoes and mozzarella into slices and lay out one by one on the platter. Season them with salt & pepper, optionally sprinkle with dry basil. Finally, drizzle the course with both oils.

Put the spoon of pesto to the centre and scatter with basil leaves over the salad.
