Marinade for fish “Ceviche style”
- 1 lime
- ½ lemon
- 4 tbsp EQ Pure Arctic Oil with lemon flavour
- ½ chopped chili
- 150 g of fish – use whichever type you want, red or white, just try!
To do: Squeeze lime and lemon into a bowl. Add the chopped chili and EQ Pure Arctic Oil. Slice the fish in thin slices, add the marinade and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
Tip: Use it as a starter, with a potato salad or with other salads.
