Marinade for fish “Ceviche style”



  • 1 lime
  • ½ lemon
  • 4 tbsp EQ Pure Arctic Oil with lemon flavour
  • ½ chopped chili
  • 150 g of fish – use whichever type you want, red or white, just try!


To do: Squeeze lime and lemon into a bowl. Add the chopped chili and EQ Pure Arctic Oil. Slice the fish in thin slices, add the marinade and let it rest for about 15 minutes.

Tip: Use it as a starter, with a potato salad or with other salads.
