The order does not matter
The question many aspiring athletes ask is whether to begin with resistance or endurance training. New research show that the order in which you exercise does not matter. The results you achieve are the same, according to a study conducted at Rutgers University in the United States. The researches monitored a group of untrained people as they participated in a eight week exercise program with four work out sessions a week. The exercise consisted of 30 minutes endurance exercise and six strength exercises. The people were divided into two groups, one of the groups started with the endurance exercise and the other with strength. The results showed that the order did not affect the extent of the improvements in stamina and muscle strength. So the conclusion is quite simple: start with whatever you want to.
