Eqology meets the needs of athletes
Tested for banned substances
Sport implies many positive attributes simultaneously. Along with health, it also shows stamina and fair play. But what if somebody breaks the rules and acts dishonestly? We strongly oppose such behaviour.
Here at Eqology, we are trying to continually improve the quality of our products and offer you only the best way to maintain a healthy lifestyle. As you know, full product development and manufacturing in our company take place per GMP standards – Good Manufacturing Practice. Since April 2016, three EQ Products are also present on anti-doping Cologne List®. Moreover, we are working on more of our goods to be added to this program.
The Cologne List® is a service platform that protects athletes from unauthorised doping claims by providing a confirmed list of food supplements with minimal risk of doping. Series of tests and analyses allowed Eqology to achieve the highest possible level of our supplements safety. Therefore, we can confirm that our products do not contain banned substances.
How it was before
Only imagine that in 2001 a study funded by the IOC and carried out by the doping laboratory Cologne, Germany, showed that about 15 % of the analysed nutritional supplements obtained in 13 different countries contained anabolic substances (mainly prohormones of testosterone and nandrolone) which were not declared on the product label.
Before the appearance of such a program, athletes needed to contact producers on their own if they wanted to avoid contaminated products. Ever since anti-doping initiative exists, all supplements contained on a Cologne List® in truth are considered as „Product of Commitment to a Clean Sport”.
