Plant-based diets have low levels of healthy long-chain omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA). The importance of Omega-3 cannot be overstated – these fatty acids have been shown to reduce cholesterol and triglyceride levels, protect against inflammation, and decrease the risk of heart disease. Now we can offer you also a vegan alternative that contains the same amount of EPA + DHA as Pure Arctic Oil.
Multiple scientific reports confirm that meal based on fresh microalgae can replace the fish oil for people who do not consume fish products. According to several Clinical Studies, microalgae Schizochytrium sp. has an anti-inflammatory effect.

Health claims in the EU
Adults: 250 mg DHA to maintain normal brain function and vision. 250 mg EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. 2 – 5 g DHA and EPA to maintain normal blood triglyceride level and normal blood pressure. Pregnant and lactating women: 450 mg DHA and 250 mg EPA contribute to normal brain development in the fetus and breastfed children. Infants up to 1 year: 100 mg DHA contributes to normal visual development. Health benefits Vitamin D2: Contributes to normal muscle and immune system function, normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus, normal blood calcium levels, and maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

You can trace the Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil used in your bottle of Pure Vegan Oil to where it was harvested in Crete at eqology.com. The olives are delivered at the mill directly after harvesting and processed the same day to ensure optimal quality.

Usage
Recommended dosage
The recommended daily dosage is 0,15 ml per 1 kg of body weight. 1 ml contains a total of 142 mg DHA and EPA. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. We recommend a double dose for the first month.
Warning
Please consult your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to give the product to a child under 1 year of age.
Storage
Unopened bottles should be stored in a dark, dry and cool place or in the refrigerator. The opened bottle should be refrigerated and used within 60 days. When storing below 4°C the product might become clouded due to the olive oil. After a few minutes in room temperature, it will again become clear. Store out of the reach of children.

An auto order is a monthly shipment option, where you have the flexibility to choose whenever you want your orders delivered.
You can choose between four different monthly delivery periods for when your products are to be sent to you:
Delivery Period 1: 1st-7th
Delivery Period 2: 8th-15th
Delivery Period 3: 16th-23rd
Delivery Period 4: 24th-31st
An example: if you choose period 3 as your delivery, we will deduct the payment from your account between the 16th and the 23rd of every month.
The order will be sent at the beginning of each delivery period. If you want to change your auto order, you can do so before 11:59 p.m. the day before your selected period starts (in this case before 23:59 on the 15th).
Additional order
An additional order to your monthly auto order. The products will be sent as part of your auto order, so you don’t pay additional delivery fees.
Direct order
An order that will be sent separately and in addition to your monthly auto order.
