Terms and Conditions

We have gathered here some practical information for you as Eqology’s customer, so that you know you can feel safe in purchasing your health and well-being products from us.


An auto order is a flexible monthly order, and you choose yourself when in the month, you want your auto order to be delivered. You can easily change the products in your auto order, every month if you wish so, until 11:59 p.m. the day before your chosen period (learn more about delivery periods below) begins.

You can do this yourself by logging in to eqology.com, or by contacting our EQ Customer Support Team. We are more than happy to help!


An auto order where you have a fixed binding time period (6 or 12 months) for a reduced price, and you choose yourself when in the month, you want your auto order to be delivered.

A 6 or 12 month subscription can be terminated at the earliest after all 6 – or 12 – subscription payments are made, counting from and including your first delivery. After the fixed term of 6 months has expired, you will continue to receive the product as an auto order, and retain the reduced subscription price. If you do not terminate the agreement, the subscription will continue also after the fixed term with a 30-day notice period. 


If you also want to make individual purchases that you do not need every month, please choose to add these as a DIRECT ORDER, and these products will be sent to you immediately, separate from your monthly auto order. A shipping and handling fee of 6,90 € will be added to this order.


Pre-Paid is our most popular option as you receive your supply for either 6 or 12 months in only one delivery, and with an even more reduced price that you will pay in total with your delivery. In addition you will receive free shipping.

Log in to My Account to view that your auto-order include a Pre-PaidInstallment. This will inform you of your remaining supply.


You can choose between four different monthly delivery periods, in other words when in the month, you want your products to be shipped to you:

Delivery period 1: 1-7
Delivery period 2: 8-15
Delivery period 3: 16-23
Delivery period 4: 24-31

If you, for example, choose Period 3: 16-23 as your delivery, we will withdraw the payment from your account and ship your order in the beginning of your period. If you want to change your auto order, you can do so before 11:59 p.m. the day before your selected period starts (in this case before 23:59 on the 15th).



Buy your product, get 3 friends to buy the same product, and you will get your product FOR FREE* in the following calendar month.

*You only pay for shipping/handling for ordinary products, and will in addition receive free shipping/handling with Pre-Paid. Apply to EQ Pure Arctic Oil (all versions), EQ K2+D3, EQ Essential, EQ Shake and EQ Anti Age Collagen.



You can always choose to freeze your auto-order for a time period. You can pause your monthly order for 1 month via My Account. Please contact our EQ Customer Support Team in case you need a longer pause.

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled after the binding time period of the contract has been completed. A cancellation fee applies in case a termination is requested before all the 6 binding orders are successfully paid for and completed.
  • If the subscription will not be terminated within the binding time, it will continue as a regular monthly auto-order. You will keep the reduced subscription price.
  • A subscription does not end by returning a package.
  • As the contract is between the account owner and Eqology AS, only the account owner can request a termination or a pause.


All prices include 20 % VAT  (may vary, depending on country). Our standard shipping and handling fee is 6,90 EUR.


EQ Assurance is an EQ Pure Arctic Oil product assurance. Our product used according to the recommended daily dosage on our label will help you to lower your risk of getting a myocardial infarction (provided there has been no previous medical history). As long as you have been using EQ Pure Arctic Oil (as per the directions on the product label) on a regular basis for 6 months this will be valid assurance. This offer is effective for one year from the date you receive this agreement. The agreement can be renewed for another year during the last remaining three months of the period of assurance-period, provided that the requirements for renewal are fully met.

EQ Assurance is a one off payment of 2 500 EUR (two thousand five hundred). If you are an EQ Premium Customer (with EQ Premium subscription or pre-paid) a one-off payment of 5 000 EUR (five thousand). At this point, the assurance is invalidated and cannot be renewed.



A regular subscription to EQ Pure Arctic Oil Premium or EQ Pure Arctic Oil Premium Pre-Paid entitles you 25% discount on all other *single products (not subscriptions) every month, and an even higher Premium Assurance.


When ordering EQ Pure Arctic Oil with tests, you can ask for your money refunded if your ratio is better than 3:1 after your first EQ Omega-3 Test. To claim this guarantee, return the unopened bottle and the one you have opened and started using – and we will then cancel your 6 month subscription/pre-paid and refund the amount. Valid for 30 days.

f your omega-6/-3 ratio is higher than 5:1 after 6 months of regular EQ Pure Arctic Oil consumption, you can apply for a full product price refund excluding delivery costs. Each case is considered individually and verified by our product specialist. Should you have further questions, please contact our EQ Customer Support Team.


For all orders above EUR 100* we will cover your shipping and handling fee.

*Free shipping does not apply to initial subscription orders or 3 For Free (except pre-paid).


We accept credit cards, Visa and MasterCard. We work in cooperation with DIBS Payment Services Ltd. (DIBS.NO) that will process your card details in the appropriate manner in accordance to the international safety standard. Payment is made with SSL encryption, which means that no unauthorized personnel can access your card details.


A 14-day unconditional repent and return policy applies to all unopened products. When returning items, you must pay the delivery costs according to prevailing rates. The return postage of unclaimed packages (EUR 6.90) is to be paid by the customer.

Refunds are sent to your provided account number after the package has arrived at our warehouse. Remember to enter your account number on the return form.

NOTE! The subscription does not end by returning a package.



If there is something wrong with the received package or items, please contact Customer Support within 14 days from the delivery date. In most cases, we will ask for documentation of the complaint/damage, and therefore ask you to keep the product until you hear back from our customer service.


Our standard delivery time varies from 2 to 5 business days from the moment your order is paid.

An email with the parcel’s tracking information will be sent to you the moment the carrier receives the shipment. You will find updated delivery information for your country here.


Your Personal Data Controller is Eqology AS, Lilleakerveien 2B, 0283 Oslo, Norway.

Personal data will be processed in order to implement the order, fulfil legal obligations imposed on the Controller (of tax or accounting and legal nature), as well as investigation and defense of claims.

If you provide information concerning your age and gender, it will be used for statistical purposes. Providing this data is not mandatory.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation on the protection of personal data – GDPR), while the processing of data to the extent of performing legal obligations imposed on the Controller is based on Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.

In addition, your personal data will be processed in a legitimate interest, i.e. to inform about new services provided by the Controller, for marketing purposes of conducting research and analysis of sales and quality of services on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Your data may be transferred to the following recipients or categories of recipients: postal operators, courier companies, security companies, law firms, entities dealing in handling correspondence, accounting companies, IT service providers and service technicians, entrepreneurs cooperating with us, companies running warehouses for our products, companies Tape Poland Sp. z o. o., Eqology Operations Center sp. z o. o., our business partners.

Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. This is due to the fact that the Controller concludes contracts with third parties, in particular regarding technical maintenance. The transfer of personal data takes place based on appropriate legal mechanisms.

You have the right to:

  • require the Controller to provide access to your personal data;
  • correct personal data;
  • delete personal data;
  • restrict the processing of personal data;
  • object to the processing;
  • transfer data;
  • file a complaint to the supervisory body.

Personal data will be processed until the claims from the binding contract have expired or until the end of the period of obligations resulting from the relevant legal provisions.

Providing personal information is voluntary. However, without providing this data, orders cannot be processed. You may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, although withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent prior to withdrawal.

Your personal data are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
