European Convention 2026 Headset

Pre-book your translation headset for the European Convention 2026 in Copenhagen! This rental covers headset use on Saturday and Sunday only (October 24–25). Please note: This does not include President Training on Friday, October 23.

Translations in German and Polish are guaranteed. Additional languages may be added based on ticket sales.

To collect your headset, show your headset rental ticket with QR code to the Customer Support team at check-in. The rental fee is €20 for the full event weekend.

Please note: A €100 replacement fee will be charged if the headset is not returned by the end of the event on Sunday, October 25.
