Born and raised in Oslo, Kristian Arnstad has chased one clear dream for as long as he can remember: becoming a professional football player. What sets him apart is not just how early he reached that goal, but the determination and consistency with which he has pursued it, guided by hard work, healthy habits and clear values.
Football was always part of everyday life. Kristian grew up watching his older brother play, with his father involved as a coach, and from an early age it was clear where his own ambitions were heading. “I’ve played football for as long as I can remember,” he says. “I looked up to my brother and my dad, and I always wanted to become a football player.”
At just 16 years old, Kristian made one of the defining decisions of his life: moving abroad to Belgium to sign his first professional contract with Anderlecht, the biggest club in the country. It was an opportunity many young players dream of - but it came with sacrifices.
“It was difficult in the beginning to move away from my family and friends,” he admits. “But it was something I had always dreamed of - to play professional football. I saw it as an exciting challenge.”
That mindset paid off. In October 2020, at only 17 years old, Kristian made his professional debut for Anderlecht. Over the next few years, he went on to play 68 professional matches for the club, including European competition, gaining invaluable experience and learning what it takes to compete at a high level.

Kristian’s belief that his dream could truly become a reality started to grow during his teenage years, particularly through international football. Representing Norway at youth level - from U15 to U21 - helped confirm that he was on the right track.
“It was when I started getting selected for the youth national teams that I realised I was very good, and that the dream could actually come true,” he says.
That journey eventually led to the biggest milestone so far in his career: his debut for the Norwegian senior national team in October 2025. “Playing for Norway is the biggest thing I’ve experienced so far,” Kristian says. “The first call-up and the first match - it’s something I’ll never forget.”
Only weeks later, he was part of the squad that helped Norway qualify for the World Cup for the first time in 28 years, after a historic 4-1 victory over Italy at San Siro. For Kristian, that achievement is the result of years of dedication - not only on the pitch, but also in maintaining the routines that support his performance. Growing up in Norway, he learned early on the importance of balancing training with proper fuel for the body. Fish and omega-3 have been part of his diet since childhood, and since 2020 he has used Eqology Pure Arctic Oil daily to support recovery, performance, and overall health.
Now playing for AGF Århus in the Danish Superliga, Kristian maintains the habits that have helped him reach the professional level. He approaches hard training, nutrition, and recovery with the same focus and care that have guided him since his youth.
Going into 2026, Kristian dreams of winning the Danish Superliga with AGF and being selected for the Norwegian national team for the World Cup in the USA. With his dedication, discipline, and steady approach, he’s building the next chapter of a career that has already seen remarkable milestones.
