You can find your tickets under 'My Account' / 'My tickets' on eqology.com.
Please have your ticket and EQID ready when you get to the front of the registration line.

Translations
Pre-order your translation headset to avoid long queues at the event.
Translations will be available in German, Polish, Italian and Bulgarian.
Where in Copenhagen is the event taking place?
The event is taking place at Bella Center (Center Blvd. 5, 2300 København, Denmark) Everything on the agenda is taking place at this venue, including the registration, President+ Leadership Training, European Convention event and afterparty.

Friday, October 23
Registration
15:00 - 17:00: President+ & VIP Registration (for Platinum Presidents+) open
17:00 - 20:00: General Registration starts
We encourage as many participants as possible to collect their badges on Friday evening, as we’re expecting more than 2,000 attendees.
President+ Training
17:00 - 19:30 (IMPORTANT: The President+ Training is open to Business Partners who achieved President or a higher rank at least once in July, August or September 2025. All participants will be verified.)
Light finger food and mingling available for President+ Training attendees after the session.
Saturday, October 24
08:00: Registration opens
09:30: Event doors open
10:00 - 12:30: Convention Session 1
12:30 - 13:30: Lunch*
* Buffet to reduce waste and minimise queues. All food will be clearly marked with allergens and there will be food suitable for all dietary restrictions.
VIP Lunch Room for Platinum President+ (located in a separate room).
13:30 - 15:30: Convention Session 2
15:30 - 16:00: Coffee Break
16:00 - 18:00: Convention Session 3
21:00- : After Party
There will be no dinner hosted by Eqology on Saturday night - make plans with your team and we will all meet at the after party!
