Please have your ticket and EQID ready when you get to the front of the registration line.

Pre-order your translation headset to avoid long queues at the event.
Translations will be available in German.
Where in Cologne the event taking place?
Confex, Barmer Straße 20, Cologne, Germany.
To access Confex entrance south, enter through the main entrance.
Parking is available near the venue*.

15:00 - 17:00: President+ & VIP Registration*
17:00 - 20:00: General Registration starts
* VIP registration is for Platinum Presidents and higher. Registration for President+ Business Partners also opens earlier to ensure they are registered in time for the President+ Training.
President+ Training
17:00 - 19:00 + 1 hour mingling (IMPORTANT: The President+ Training is open to Business Partners who achieved President or a higher rank at least once in March, April or May 2026. All participants will be verified.)
German translation available via app. Please download Zoom beforehand. The QR-code will be available at the event.
Light finger food and mingling available after the session.

Seating
The first three rows are reserved exclusively for Business Partners with the rank of Platinum President or higher. Access to this area requires a valid event badge, which you will receive at registration. Our staff will be present to verify credentials and assist guests. Please note that without the appropriate badge, access to the reserved section will not be permitted.
All other seating at the Summer Rally is open, meaning you are free to choose any available seat upon entering the venue. To ensure a comfortable and positive experience for everyone, we kindly ask all attendees to be considerate of others while finding their seats.
